PVG Introduces a New Partner in the Corporate and Business Structuring Area

PVG is delighted to announce the entrance of a new partner into their team, Heloisa Ferreira Andrade Scaramucci. Heloisa has bachelor and post-graduate degrees in law from Mackenzie University and obtained a master’s degree (LL.M) cum laude in International and Comparative Law from the University of Notre Dame, in London. Heloisa started her career at TozziniFreire Advogados as a trainee in 1998, becoming partner in 2010. In 2017, she founded her own law firm. During this whole period, she gained broad experience, knowledge and recognition in structuring complex greenfield and brownfield projects, and in mergers and acquisitions in infrastructure, with focus on the energy and natural gas sectors. Her areas of expertise include regulation, strategic contracts (such as construction contracts, EPCs, O&M, input supply etc) and corporate law.

I am very honored to be part of this renowned law firm, with professionals highly qualified and recognized for their work of excellence, and excited to contribute to the firm’s path of growth and success!

I am confident that my experience in structuring projects and M&A transactions, in particular in the energy and natural gas sectors, will add value and contribute to even more comprehensive and specialized service offerings to our clients.

As indicated by international legal directory Chambers, Heloísa receives praise from clients for her “in-depth knowledge of project finance mandates in connection with the energy sector”. The Legal 500 has defined her as “direct, articulate, and great in contract negotiations and claims”.

Heloisa joins partners Marcelo Perlman, Ana Carolina de Salles Freire Gentil and Claudio Gomez in the Corporate and Business Structuring area of PVG, which designation reflects the breadth and complexity of the work developed by its team, now reinforced by the unique experience brought by Heloisa.
