Casner & Edwards announces that Rory Z. Fazendeiro has joined the firm as a partner in the Business & Corporate and Real Estate groups. Fazendeiro represents clients ranging from closely held and family-owned businesses to national and international privately owned companies, bringing a practical, deal-oriented approach grounded in trust, predictability, and a deep understanding of each client’s business and industry.
Fazendeiro’s corporate practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, where he represents primarily privately owned buyers and sellers in a wide range of stock and asset transactions. His experience spans multiple industries, including technology, corporate real estate, professional services, retail and manufacturing. In addition, he has extensive experience representing banks and other financial institutions, with a particular focus on commercial real estate lending and commercial and industrial loan transactions of varying size and complexity. Fazendeiro regularly advises business clients on general corporate matters, including corporate governance, equity and executive compensation, licensing, service and supply agreements, joint ventures, franchising and other strategic relationships.
