Hristina Kosec is the Head of Operations at Gecic Law in Belgrade.
She is in charge of developing and implementing the firm’s business development and operations strategy, including activity planning, financial projections, and performance monitoring indicators. Hristina leads the firm’s internal and external organization to enable innovative business development approaches, marketing, and CSR activities. She also coordinates legal business efforts to ensure the best-in-class customer experience and client relations. Furthermore, Hristina actively participates in recruitment strategies, team development, and people’s professional empowerment.
Hristina counts more than 15 years of invaluable management experience in the banking and telecommunication industries. She carried out challenging managerial roles in the Marketing and Finance fields, simultaneously heading several teams on different international markets.
Hristina earned her LL.B at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. She is fluent in English and Serbian (Montenegrin, Bosnian, Croatian).
