"Virtual Roundtable: Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) - Two Months Later"

In late 2023, we hosted a highly attended virtual session to discuss the reporting regulations stemming from the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) in the United States that became effective on January 1, 2024. On that call, it was decided that we should reconvene in 2024 to discuss the implementation of CTA and the various issues, opportunities, and action items that were raised.
This session will not be an in-depth presentation on the CTA. Instead, this session will be a roundtable discussion on how member firms are addressing the various challenges, risks, and opportunities since the CTA became effective. We will discuss:
- Have you experienced any issues or have unresolved questions stemming from the CTA?
- How is your firm addressing this regulation? Do you have a special committee or team?
- Are you providing notice of this requirement to clients, past, present, and future?
