He is licensed to practice law before the United States Tax Court, as well as numerous federal district courts and state courts. Craig also has experience in tax controversies, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, real estate transactions and both qualified and non-qualified retirement plans along with in-depth knowledge and experience in federal income tax matters, specifically the taxation of pass-through entities.
