“I was always impressed with Berger Singerman’s collaborative culture, entrepreneurial platform and the incredible depth of the talent in the firm,” said Higer. “The firm’s Dispute Resolution Team attorneys have an excellent reputation for the representation of clients in a wide variety of public and private litigation matters. My practice can only benefit by working alongside a team of some of Florida’s most respected attorneys.”

Higer has previously held positions with Fine Jacobson Schwartz Nash Block & England, P.A.; Coll Davidson Carter Smith Salter & Barkett, P.A., where he became the first lawyer to be named a shareholder by the founding shareholders; and most recently, as a founding partner at Higer Lichter & Givner, LLP.

Higer joins Berger Singerman with three associates who will support his litigation work as part of the Dispute Resolution Team.
