Erdem&Erdem Law Office (Turkey) is very proud to announce that Tuna Çolgar has been promoted to Partner, as of January 1, 2016.
Tuna Çolgar joined Erdem&Erdem Law Office in 2013. He graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Law Faculty in 2002 and he completed his LL.M in Istanbul Bilgi University – Law of Economy Master program.
Mr. Colgar is involved in Corporate Affairs Department of Erdem & Erdem with a special focus on “Mergers and Acquisitions”, “Project Finance and Investments”, “Share Transfer Transactions”, “Corporate Structuring and Spin Offs” and additionally advising on and drafting of various local and international contracts in types including FIDIC and ICC Contracts. He has represented foreign and local clients, in various projects in Turkey and abroad.
