International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, has become a shareholder of Rönesans Holding which is one of the biggest contracting companies of Turkey, with an investment of $ 215 million. The project, for which Erdem & Erdem provided legal counselling service to Rönesans Holding, supports foreign investment inflow and contributes to the competitive power and global expansion of Rönesans Holding.
Through this partnership, Rönesans Holding, which incorporated IFC to its structure, obtained development and employment support in different places of the world where it conducts its activities. Moreover, IFC is expected to contribute to the preparation process of a potential future public offering.

Erdem&Erdem team, which has taken place in numerous foreign credit agency involved projects during recent years, managed the process of participation of IFC to Rönesans Holding A.Ş. and the negotiations of the agreements and legal texts which constitute the legal basis of such association between the parties.
