Regulation (EU) 2019/1238 of the European Parliament and of the Council on a Pan-European Personal Pension Product, creating a legislative framework for a new personal long-term pension product, with portability at European Union level, and offering solutions for the mobility of European citizens, in particular the free movement of workers, is applicable in the European legal order as of 23/03/2022.
