The Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority, (“ASF”) issued Circular 7/2022 regarding the release of two Financial Action Task Force (FATF) communiqués - “High-Risk Jurisdictions subject to a Call for Action” e “Jurisdictions under Increased Monitoring” - published following the FATF plenary meeting in June 2022, in which it are identified jurisdictions from which risks to the international financial system may arise.

The releases are part of the ongoing effort to identify jurisdictions that pose non-negligible risks to the stability of the international financial system, given their exposure to money laundering and terrorist financing practices.
