This successful multi-jurisdictional transaction closed on May 1, 2019. Parties involved in the deal are very important companies in the mining industry. Cementation is an affiliate of Murray and Roberts Holdings Ltd., South African based engineering and mining contractor, and the acquired company is an affiliate of Amec Foster Wheeler, Inc, a British multinational consultancy, engineering and project management company.
