"Fender Music, a long time client of LehmanBrown in China, was seeking to use Accime Group across the Asia-Pacific region with centralized management in China. However, the client was also considering bids from another Corporate Services Provider in the region for work in Korea, including localisation of their SAP system. This could have put at risk Acclime’s China services for the client in the future, as the competitor would have become familiar with the client's SAP system, and the client intends to implement SAP in China in 2026. I worked closely with Ethan Cho at Lian Accounting Corporation (Republic of Korea) - TIAG) in preparing a joint proposal for all accounting, tax, and related compliance services, including aiding the client in the localisation of their SAP system. By working with Lian Accounting Corporation, we were able to retain the client successfully."
