“We participate in regular and ongoing conversations with our TIAG colleagues at ESV (New South Wales, Australia - TIAG) as to possible issues in each other's jurisdiction. A recent such conversation has led to the identification of some potential issues in the UK for non-UK residents which could have a wider impact than only the client under consideration. We have therefore contributed two articles to the ESV newsletter for them to circulate to their clients and contacts and hopefully improve awareness and generate further work for both firms.“
