Daniel has more than 25 years of experience providing information technology leader-ship and support service. Daniel currently serves as the Technology Director at Dean Dorton, a regional accounting and business consulting firm. Daniel’s role requires him to provide planning/budgeting, server and infrastructure administration, accounting systems support, telecommunication strategy, information security, and oversight of the help desk resources. Dean Dorton employs over 270 people across three offices, three diverse ser-vices groups, and eight unique industry teams. The diversity of Dean Dorton’s services and clients served requires Daniel to identify and support many different and complex technology tools and solutions.
Daniel works closely with the Dean Dorton Technology Consulting group to also help support many client technology needs. Daniel maintains specialized skills in Citrix Xen Desktop virtual desktops, iManage’s Filesite document management system, VMware vir-tualization, Veeam backup, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL servers and services.
