Kathy is the Director of People Operations for RKL. She advises firm leadership on strategies to maximize RKL’s human capital and sustain the people power needed to accomplish its growth objectives. Kathy oversees all facets of the firm’s People Operations function, including recruiting, training, professional development, policies and procedures, compensation and benefits and performance management.

Kathy joined RKL in 2013, bringing a comprehensive background within the human resources and training and development field. Before coming to RKL, Kathy served as a Learning & Development Specialist with a regional accounting firm. Prior to pursuing a career in human resources, she held a position in accounting.
