Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant registered in the Order of Chartered Accountants of Vicenza;
• Independent Auditor registered at the Italian Ministry of Economics and Finance.

Her main areas of activity are the following:

• Tax advisory, corporate law and extraordinary corporate transactions;
• Tax breaks stemming from R&D investments, purchase of high-tech assets, Patent Box and tax breaks related to innovative start-ups;
• Internationalisation processes of Italian firms and advisory services to foreign firms with shareholdings in Italian firms;
• Regulation of trusts, holding companies, brokerage firms and financial institutions.
