Michael manages FGMK’s assurance practice and leads assurance and strategic financial planning engagements. His areas of concentration include accounting, auditing and consulting for manufacturing, distribution, start–up and emerging enterprises, real estate and service industries, among others.
In addition, Michael specializes in assisting closely held, middle market businesses evaluate their financial health and provides sound practical advice to streamline their operations. He has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, including deal structure, due diligence and financing.
Michael is also Partner-in-Charge of FGMK’s Quality Control Group and oversees technical aspects of assurance engagements. He joined FGMK in 1995 after working at KPMG and became a Partner in 2000.
