Mikael has a Master of Business Administration from Lund University and has been with Axion since 2004. He is the CEO of Axion Revisionsbyrå AB and an Approved Public Accountant. Mikael has worked for one of the big four audit firms in the world. He has also been a controller at the head office of a listed company on the Stockholm Stock Exchange and an Accounting Manager at a large listed company. He has been the CFO and the CEO on another listed company on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Mikael is appointed auditor for approximately 80 companies and organisations. His specialities are within mergers and acquisition, group accounts, due diligence, HR and organisation (and restructuring) of companies and start-up and organisation of financial departments.
