Dave has been Calegari & Morris’ Managing Partner since 2006. He earned his BS in business administration and accounting from U.C. Berkeley, and a MS in taxation from Golden Gate University. Dave began his career in auditing at Arthur Andersen in San Francisco and soon realized that his true calling was taxation. He joined Calegari & Morris in 1987, and has been serving a variety of clients ever since.
Dave’s clients include a wide range, from real estate developers to firms in the design and creative services industry. Over his 28 years of experience, Dave has developed in-depth tax knowledge as well as operational knowledge of these industries. This allows him to work closely with his clients on critical business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, sales of property, succession planning, and transfers of ownership.
Dave’s enthusiasm and creativity are well known in San Francisco’s business community, and he’s developed a large network of fellow professionals who help serve his clients.
