Mr. Alfonso Aguilar, one of the two founders of the firm, holds a Degree in Public Accounting and Finance, and another one in Law, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a License as Stock Exchange Broker. In addition to that, Mr. Aguilar has taken graduate courses on topics such as investment banking, leasing, factoring, securitization contracts, managerial skills and strategies, and human resource management in Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Dominican Republic, USA and Central America. He is specialized in commercial law.
Before founding his firm, Mr. Aguilar held titles such as CEO of Financial Companies, CFO of a number of firms and Vice Chancellor of American University, among others. He has accumulated 30 years of finance and legal experience advising companies in the manufacturing, commercial and financial sectors, and has been involved in several expansion and special investment projects. Mr. Aguilar has also been an Accounting and Finance Professor at various Universities in Nicaragua for 15 years.
