Dr. Bogdan Nastase is the Managing Partner and International Lead at the Group Expert Consulting (Piroi) and the firm's primary contact for the TAG Alliances. He is a registered tax advisor with the Romanian Chamber of Tax Advisors (CCF), reference 7399/2022, holds a PhD in Management from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), and attended the Harvard Business School Programme for Leadership Development (PLD).
Bogdan leads the firm's international engagements, with a focus on cross-border M&A and due diligence, tax structuring for inbound investment, and Romania's renewable energy sector. He also leads the firm's digital practice, applying robotic process automation, business-intelligence dashboards, and graph-database analysis to multi-entity audit and tax work.
Before joining Piroi, Bogdan held roles in international development banks and multinational organisations across Western Europe, Central Asia, and East Africa, focusing on financial and economic policy. He is co-author of the Amazon #1 Bestseller "My Business in Romania".
