Qualification to practice as Chartered Accountant and Auditor, enrolled in the Register of Milan;
Degree in Economics with 100/110 marks. Specialization: public practice as a Chartered Accountant at the University Luigi Bocconi in Milan;
Diploma in Accounting with 60/60 marks at the State Technical Institute Pietro Verri in Milan.
Conducts his activities with both Italian and foreign companies and groups in the areas of tax law, company law, contracts and business valuation.
A member of several Boards of Statutory Auditors and Surveillance Boards of joint-stock companies or Institutions. He has held the posts of Director, Sole Administrator and liquidator of corporations.
