A graduate of HEC Lausanne, Vincent Vocat began his career at Merill Lynch International Inc. where he obtained “series 7” and “series 3” broker licenses from the American regulatory authorities. He joined the group in 1996 and became a partner in 2003. Since joining BfB, he has worked in Geneva, Lausanne and London.
Over the course of his experience, he has specialized in auditing local and international companies, often using IFRS/IAS and RPC accounting standards. He has solid experience in the health sector and carries out numerous corporate finance, business valuation and due diligence operations. Vincent Vocat also works in English. He is a member of the EXPERTsuisse committee
