David Herron received his BS in accounting from Louisiana State University. After spending 3 years at Arthur Andersen as a tax associate and senior associate he went on to attend the A.B Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, where he earned his MBA with concentrations in finance and general management. He then worked as an investment-banking associate at Jefferies & Company in Houston and as a vice president at Legacy Capital in New Orleans before coming to San Francisco. Prior to joining Calegari and Morris in the Summer of 2008 David worked in transaction diligence at Ernst & Young as well as financial analysis at Macy’s West. After a few years with DZH Phillips in San Francisco and Bourgeois Bennett in New Orleans, David found his way back to Calegari & Morris in the summer of 2019.
David’s focus is on partnerships and other flow through entities and the owners of those entities. He has also particular concentrations in real estate and professional services.
David spends his free time running and playing tennis.
