Victor has been practicing tax and accounting for 20 years, with the majority of that time in public accounting focused on privately held family-owned businesses. These practices have primarily been focused on business taxation, with significant experience and expertise in strategic planning, structural and M&A planning and consulting, and business and tax advisory.
