Steve Fisher believes that an audit is more than just a routine obligation; it provides an important foundation for protecting a company’s good standing and achieving its goals. As Partner and Leader of RKL’s Audit Services Group, Steve and his team of assurance professionals strive to deliver value beyond compliance with insights aimed at improving financial processes, controls and reporting, helping to position his clients to successfully navigate what’s next in their current operations and on their horizon.

Steve drives firmwide efforts related to audit and assurance service offerings, client satisfaction, workforce development and quality control. He also administers the overall operations of the firm’s Reading Office as Managing Partner, including the engagement of the firm and the team in support of the local community.

In addition to his firm leadership roles, Steve continues his service to commercial clients, including family-owned businesses and private equity and venture capital-backed companies. Primarily focused on the manufacturing and distribution industries, he specializes in helping companies execute mergers, acquisitions and other complex financial transactions.  He also partners with them to proactively address and prepare for not only changing accounting requirements and industry trends, but also for the challenges and opportunities they are facing now and into the future.
