Rachel Sargent has always been drawn to the clarity and structure that accounting brings to the business world. Today, as Chief Operating Officer for the largest CPA and advisory firm based in Central and Eastern PA, Rachel oversees RKL’s operations and support services, including finance, IT, HR, administrative support, building and asset management. She navigates the many complexities involved in managing people, processes, technology and facilities to ensure RKL’s infrastructure can meet its needs today and in the future.
Rachel started her career as an auditor at RKL and served for six years before transitioning to private industry. She later held key multi-faceted finance leadership roles, including CFO and Vice President of Finance and Integration at a leading sales and distribution company in the oil and gas industry. She returned to RKL as COO in 2025.
