Rhonda is the Chief Operating Officer for the firm and has been with Symphona since December 2005. Rhonda works directly with the Managing Partner in overseeing and orchestrating the operations of the firm. She collaborates closely with the Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and IT departments, as well as the Office Coordinators at each location.
Rhonda travels to all locations each month and interacts with team members in every office. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s in Business Education.
