Bill’s experience includes valuing businesses for the purpose of estate and gift taxes, damage claims, financial reporting, sale and purchase agreements, built-in-gain calculations, shareholder disputes, stock-based compensation, and marital dissolution, computing lost profits and other damages, acting as a neutral accounting arbitrator, providing fraud risk assessments, and leading forensic accounting investigations.
