Jennifer Bruce is Chief Operating Officer of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, where she leads the Firm's human resources, finance, technology and marketing functions. She runs the business operations of a practice of more than 40 attorneys and the professional staff who support them across three Lehigh Valley offices.
Ms. Bruce joined FLB in 2015 as Director of Marketing and Special Projects and was named Chief Operating Officer in 2022. She chairs the Firm's AI & Technology Committee, which sets its approach to adopting AI tools, and co-led the evaluation that brought FLB into TAGLaw as its Pennsylvania member firm.
Her career spans 30 years in marketing, communications and strategy, including roles at Selective Insurance, Chubb and PricewaterhouseCoopers before she joined FLB. She holds a bachelor's degree from Lafayette College and is pursuing the Certified Legal Manager (CLM) credential through the Association of Legal Administrators.
