Milan graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University and successfully passed judiciary exams. He gained his professional experience from a tax advisor’s office, a non-profit organization and the largest court in the Czech Republic where he dealt with civil and commercial law, in particular with the industrial property law, competition law, securities, reviews of arbitration awards and disputes relating to foreign states and persons enjoying diplomatic immunity.
