My name is Thijs van Tilburg. I’m at home in corporate law – with contract law and civil procedural law as my specialised fields. I advise companies and healthcare institutions engaged in the conclusion of various types of commercial contracts. I advise and litigate in particular regarding pre-contractual liability and the performance and/or interpretation of agreements.
As a lawyer, I find it important to be goal-oriented, to analyse the problem quickly and to work together with my client to produce a solution. My aim is to ensure optimal results, in which the interests of the business come first.
Before joining Nysingh I studied at Radboud University Nijmegen. During my studies I did several internships in the legal profession and was active as a committee member. At Rechtswinkel Over-Betuwe (legal aid) I was a committee member and also chairman. I also studied for a semester at LUISS University in Rome.
