Marko is a managing partner of Porobija & Špoljarić and the head of the M&A/Corporate Law team.
Marko began his career at Porobija & Špoljarić immediately after graduating from law school. During his career, he specialized in investments, mergers & acquisitions, and legal support for clients in the high-tech sector. His life mission is to make legal services easily available through the introduction of the latest technologies into the legal services sector. His latest subspecialty is the regulation of artificial intelligence in the EU.
In line with our policy of promoting alternative dispute resolution, Marko is a proponent of amicable dispute resolution and a certified mediator. Also, Marko is a prominent keynote speaker and lecturer at the Algebra Bernays University in Zagreb.
Music (from Pearl Jam to electronic music), reading (Sci-Fi novels, as well as science and other non-fiction), gaming (anything but shoot-em-ups), and sports (bicycle, running, bouldering, snowboarding, go-kart racing...) are just some of the hobbies Marko spends hours doing outside of work.
