Romina is a senior partner of Porobija & Špoljarić, and the head of our EU Law, Public Procurement & Regulatory team, as well as co-head of the Dispute Resolution team.
She is a doctor of law, with her registered specialty in European Union law. She obtained her Ph.D. by defending and publishing her thesis on the Use of confidential information in public procurement procedures and disputes. EU law and public procurement are her specialties, although she also enjoys working on taxation and other regulatory matters.
Romina is an artistic soul, a globetrotter, and a fashionista. Versatility is a term that doesn’t do her justice as a person.
