David holds the position of Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Babbé. He has has extensive experience in a wide variety of litigation and litigious disputes in areas including cross border insolvency, company and shareholder disputes, tax and trusts law and financial services disputes. 

David has been admitted as Solicitor at the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia and has also been called to the Bar at the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.
