Nebojša began his career at the Municipal Court in Varaždin, where he worked until transferring to the team Porobija & Špoljarić. His favorite professional challenge is real estate cases, and the more complex they are, the more excited he gets. The cherry on top is his ability to resolve issues related to the shambolic land registry inherited from the former Yugoslavia, which could discourage even the most seasoned lawyer educated in an organized legal system. He is also one of the few experts in the subspecialty of multi-tenant real estate property management law.
Nebojša regularly publishes expert articles on real estate and property management issues in the most prominent Croatian legal journals and lectures on those topics in various Croatian legal conferences.
