Padma Arjune is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus in Trinidad and Tobago, where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree in 2019. She subsequently attended the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago and obtained her Legal Education Certificate in 2021.
