Andy also has substantial experience representing clients in a wide range of regulatory matters, including environmental, energy, consumer protection, and land use matters. Before practicing law, Andy served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy, an experience that informs his steady approach and ability to manage complex situations under pressure.
