Frances qualified as an English Solicitor in 2015 and was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2019. She became a Partner of Voisin Law LLP in 2024.
Frances advises corporate and individual clients, both in Jersey and further afield, helping them navigate a wide range of disputes including commercial, contractual, trust, estate and property and leasehold. Frances also represents clients at inquests and in criminal proceedings.
Frances regularly appears before Jersey’s courts to represent clients in relation to civil disputes, non-contentious applications and criminal matters.
Alongside her advocacy work, Frances is also highly experienced in Alternative Dispute Resolution having settled a number of significant trust and other disputes at mediation.
Frances focuses on giving clear, practical advice and guiding clients towards solutions that are both effective and cost-efficient.
