Crystabel's areas of practice are primarily in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as projects in energy and infrastructure.

Her corporate and commercial experience includes advising local and foreign clients in their joint venture arrangements, taking into account various factors such as foreign equity restrictions and other policy onsiderations. She has provided advice on mergers and acquisitions for both sell-side and buy-side transactions involving a variety of industries, including renewable energy, manufacturing, technology, and oil and gas.

Her projects in energy and infrastructure include advising on the development of renewable energy and solar projects, as well as large-scale transportation projects. She has also provided guidance on power purchase agreements, offtake agreements, chilled water supply agreements, electricity supply agreements, engineering, procurement and construction contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, as well as land lease agreements.
