Wee Hoo started his career at one of the biggest law firms in Malaysia in 2011 as an associate, and became a partner in 2018. His areas of practice are primarily in debt capital markets, project finance and Islamic finance. Wee Hoo has advised both domestic and international lenders, borrowers, lead arrangers and issuers alike on a range of debt capital markets deals, and banking and finance transactions including bilateral and syndicated corporate loans.
