Elizabeth (Liz) serves as a Member at Santoro Law Group. Liz is a seasoned real estate attorney with top-tier law firm training and in-house counsel experience. Her experience spans a broad range of legal matters, with a specific focus on leasing, construction, and operational issues.
Prior to joining SLG, Liz served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, at Link Logistics Real Estate, a Blackstone entity with 560 million square feet of commercial space, consisting of approximately 11,000 tenants and 3,700+ properties. At Link, Liz supported legal matters within leasing, construction operations, property management, ESG initiatives, corporate contracts and compliance as well as litigation support on defaults, evictions, bankruptcies, remedy enforcements, reviewed complaints, settlement agreements, and other state-specific eviction documents.
Liz’s work experience prior to Link, included eight years at Liberty Property Trust (a then publicly traded real estate investment trust with over 100 million square feet of space, and over 1,000 tenants) as well as four years in Saul Ewing’s real estate practice.
