Michelle is a key member of the Business Support Services Team of the Firm, Michelle tailors her services to the business life cycle and operations of her clients, ensuring real-time solutions are provided to their evolving business needs. Michelle has also facilitated multiple rounds and forms of equity financing on behalf of clients in highly regulated sectors. This includes private equity financing, rights issues, and the like.
Michelle brings her expertise to bear to her clients’ benefit by facilitating property acquisitions on her clients’ behalf. She also exhibits her in-depth experience by providing advice on labour-related matters, negotiating redundancies, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, facilitating intellectual property registrations and conducting due diligence on behalf of clients.
