He is an experienced deal lawyer in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and securities offerings. Tristan also represents clients in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, and in general corporate and commercial matters.
Tristan began his career with the international law firm Latham & Watkins. At Latham & Watkins, Tristan advised public and private companies, investment banks, and private equity firms in connection with capital markets transactions, compliance with federal securities laws, and mergers and acquisitions.
Tristan graduated with honors from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and has been recognized for his work in Corporate Law by Best Lawyers®.
