Since the beginning of his career, Geoff has built his reputation as a lawyer’s lawyer. He serves as Osborn Maledon’s General Counsel and represents fellow attorneys in all aspects of the practice of law. For the last 30 years, his practice has split between both litigation and preventative counsel, advising on a regular basis to clients about risk management, professional liability issues, legal malpractice, bar discipline, ethics, and law practice management issues.
Geoff has become a trusted resource for attorneys and law firms for his ability to strategically analyze claims and resolve discipline matters, valuing a straightforward approach and candor with his clients that applies the breadth of his experience advising lawyers for the last three decades.
Geoff graduated from the University of California Los Angeles and taught Professional Responsibility as an Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University. He is on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest and serves on the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education. He has been awarded Phoenix Lawyer of the Year for Ethics and Professional Responsibility by Best Lawyers® and Southwest Super Lawyer for General Litigation and Professional Liability.
