Reşat Moral is the Managing Partner of the Firm as well as Head of the M&A Department of Moral | Kinikoğlu | Pamukkale. His work focuses on Corporate Law, Commercial Law, M&A Transactions, Project Finance, JVs, Post M&A Disputes, Corporate Governance, Energy Law, Compliance, and Real Estate Law.
Reşat Moral possesses deep expertise in corporate advisory and has a successful track record in M&A transactions. He has profound knowledge of family businesses and advises the leading Turkish family businesses in corporate governance and M&A transactions. Reşat Moral also plays an active role as a board member on various company boards.
His sectoral knowledge covers heavy industry, IT, logistics, maritime transportation, retail, energy and natural resources, FMCG, construction and real estate, aviation and defense, luxury consumption, automotive, forestry products, sports and entertainment, and textiles.

He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University School of Law in 2003 and holds an LLM degree in Law of Economics from Galatasaray University.
