Godwin is a seasoned litigant who leads the firm's dispute resolution practice. Godwin began his legal career in 2007 at a tier two law firm. He later co-founded Epic Law Partners before joining the B&E Ako Law team. His experience spans civil and criminal litigation, arbitration of commercial disputes, banking, debt recovery, insolvency (receiverships/liquidations), insurance, employment and labor relations, and intellectual property. Godwin has worked with both the public and private sectors. He is highly regarded by both clients and his peers as one of the best litigants in Tanzania. Godwin is a Member of the Arbitrators Panel of the National Construction Council of Tanzania and an Accredited Arbitrator, Mediator, Negotiator, and Adjudicator in Tanzania. He has acted as an arbitrator in domestic disputes and as an advocate in several domestic arbitration disputes.
