Dr. Mahmoud Melhem is a legal consultant specializing in international and commercial law, with expertise in civil law, obligations, contracts, and general insurance. He holds a master's degree in Private Law from Perpignan University, Montpellier Academy in France, and a PhD in Civil Law with the right to lecture. His academic background also includes a bachelor's degree in law and a degree in Philosophy, both obtained with honors from the Lebanese University.
Dr. Melhem has an active academic and professional career that combines legal practice with scholarly research. He serves as a lecturer in civil law at the University of France, a visiting professor at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, and a lecturer at Kuwait International Law College.
