Dr. Mahmoud Melhem


Dr. Mahmoud Melhem is a legal consultant specializing in international and commercial law, with expertise in civil law, obligations, contracts, and general insurance. He holds a master's degree in Private Law from Perpignan University, Montpellier Academy in France, and a PhD in Civil Law with the right to lecture. His academic background also includes a bachelor's degree in law and a degree in Philosophy, both obtained with honors from the Lebanese University.
Dr. Melhem has an active academic and professional career that combines legal practice with scholarly research. He serves as a lecturer in civil law at the University of France, a visiting professor at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, and a lecturer at Kuwait International Law College. In addition, he provides legal consultation in matters related to civil law, contractual obligations, and insurance law.
Throughout his academic career, Dr. Melhem has contributed to the development of legal scholarship through research, publications, and academic supervision. He has authored numerous articles and research papers published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and has participated in several international legal conferences.
