He has broad experience in the management and administration of relationships with employees and union organizations, participating in labor audits, the design and implementation of preventive strategies, attention and defense in all types of labor lawsuits, and proceedings before the labor authorities, including negotiations with unions.
He is a professor of Individual Labor Law, Collective Labor Law and Sports Law at the Universidad Panamericana Campus Ciudad de México, as well as a lecturer of conferences, courses and seminars in several institutions and chambers.
