Daniel Bowman is an attorney in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Before joining Osborn Maledon, Daniel served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Carolyn McHugh on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, Judge Kathleen Cardone on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, and Chief Justice Robert Brutinel on the Arizona Supreme Court. As a law clerk, Daniel honed his ability to predict how courts will resolve legal conflicts. He now leverages that experience to help clients understand their litigation risks and overcome legal obstacles. Daniel graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. He was elected class speaker by his peers and awarded the Ralph W. Aigler Memorial Award for his academic achievements. Daniel also spent a substantial amount of time in law school volunteering with a local immigration clinic, helping asylum seekers throughout southern Arizona. Prior to law school, Daniel worked as a 911 dispatcher for the Arizona Department of Public Safety for over four years. In his free time, Daniel and his wife Becca love to hike, camp, and explore Arizona with their two silly Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
